Accelerates Deployment of Bundled Telephone Services to Small and Medium
Business Market in Seattle
STOCKTON, Calif., Sept. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Pac-West Telecomm, Inc.
(Nasdaq: PACW), a rapidly growing provider of integrated telecommunications
services, today announced that it has acquired BTC, Corp, dba Baron
Telecommunications, Inc., located in Seattle, Washington. Baron, a
privately-held company, has a 20-year history of providing telecommunications
equipment and services to small and medium-sized businesses in Seattle and
surrounding areas. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed and the
transaction is not subject to approval by any governmental regulatory agency.
Jim Baron, president of Baron Telecommunications, who will join the
management team of Pac-West's Northwest business unit, said, "I am very
