Lending, a division of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., recently promoted Mike
Frotten to head of business development. In this new position, Frotten is
responsible for business development activities within InterFirst's wholesale
and correspondent lending channels.

As head of business development, Frotten assumes a key strategic position
within ABN AMRO Mortgage Group. Frotten is responsible for developing
InterFirst's sales force and their relationship with mortgage brokers as well
as aligning InterFirst's activities with ABN AMRO Mortgage Group's broader
corporate strategy and goals.
Frotten joined InterFirst in 1994 as an account executive. He rose to the
position of senior vice president, Southeast group manager, and was
responsible for three of InterFirst's sales regions comprised of 12 different
states staffed by 32 employees. Frotten's leadership resulted in his sales
group being awarded InterFirst's "President's Cup" twice, in 2002 and 2004.
Additionally, Denese Carty, a member of Frotten's team, was named "AE of the
Year" in 2003, and Lisa Lanik, another member of Frotten's team, was named "AE
of the Year" in 2004.
