agreement to purchase United Welding Services and UWS Inc. (collectively
known as UWS) for an undisclosed amount with a closing date of September
10, 2007. UWS is an industry leading manufacturer of branded aluminum truck
tool boxes, step bars and accessories in the United States. The acquisition
will increase Thule's product offering and distribution in the professional
tradesman segment.
