Trust (NYSE: RPT) announced today that on Wednesday, September 6, 2000, its
Board of Trustees declared a third quarter dividend of $0.42 per share for the
period July 1, 2000, through September 30, 2000, based on an annual dividend
of $1.68 per share.
The distribution will be payable on October 17, 2000, to shareholders of
record on September 30, 2000.
