Trust (NYSE: CLP) announced the successful grand opening of Steve & Barry's
University Sportswear's 55,700 square foot store in the Colonial Mall Staunton
in Staunton, Virginia. The grand opening, held in August included a ribbon
cutting ceremony attend by the local Chamber of Commerce, government officials
and over 150 shoppers. Steve & Barry's joins existing anchors Belk, JC
Penney, Goody's, Peeble's and Regal Cinema in the 423,000 square foot mall.

"The grand opening, which coincided with the back-to-school season,
allowed parents and children to enjoy Steve & Barry's competitive price points

Colonial Mall Staunton has experienced an increase in mall traffic generating
increased sales for retailers throughout the mall."
