announce that it has selected the accounting firm of KPMG LLP as its new
independent, public auditors. "The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
went through a diligent review of prospective audit firms and ultimately
concluded KPMG LLP represented the best fit with Ladish," said Wayne
E. Larsen, Vice President Law/Finance & Secretary of Ladish. "Under previous
ownership, we worked with KPMG LLP for a number of years in the 1980's and
1990's and we are excited about the opportunity to work with such a highly
