VarioStream(R) 9000 digital printing platform with the introduction of a
new higher speed system. Producing quality monochrome output at production
speed, the Oce VarioStream 9710 runs at 1,515 images per minute (347 feet)
translating to a powerful duty cycle of 43 million impressions per month,
making it the fastest toner-based black and white duplex printing system.
The latest member of the Oce VarioStream 9000 family boosts print
productivity by up to 80 percent.

The newest model maintains the versatility of the Oce VarioStream 9000
platform through its interoperability, finishing flexibility and support
for a range of applications. Incorporating the Oce Job Appropriate Color(R)
approach, the VarioStream 9000 family now offers print speeds from 852 ipm
to 1,515 ipm, along with models that offer 2/2, 3/3 and full color.
Customers benefit from the unique Oce Job Appropriate Color strategy
through the best balance of color cost and speed for each job. The Oce
VarioStream 9710 can also be field-upgraded with Oce CustomTone(R) toner
for two or three color printing.
For maximum flexibility, the Oce VarioStream 9710 system can print on
almost any stock, from very light weight media to newspaper to heavy and
glossy paper. Oce GraphicArts mode is available at regular speeds for
increased graphic quality. Oce PRISMA(TM) workflow software complements the
Oce VarioStream 9000 platform with capabilities for pre-press, document
design, interoperability, job management and more.
The Oce VarioStream 9710 system is due to begin shipping in the first
half of 2008.
