             Auditors' Opinion Includes 'Going Concern' Paragraph

    PLANTATION, Fla., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Viragen, Inc.
(Amex: VRA) today filed its 2005 Annual Report, on Form 10-K, with the
Securities and Exchange Commission for its fiscal year ended June 30.  The
Annual Report contains a "going concern" explanatory paragraph from the
Company's independent registered public accounting firm, Ernst & Young LLP.
