agreements to provide a triple play of services to Post Spring, a 452 unit
Post Properties, Inc. development, and The Reynolds, a 130 unit Urban
Realty Partners complex, both in the Atlanta, Georgia, market.

Under the terms of their sales teaming agreement, BellSouth and MDU
Communications jointly propose, offer and deliver innovative bundles of
voice, data and DIRECTV(R) programming packages specifically designed for
the MDU market and provide property owners and residents an alternative to
franchised cable.
