BUSINESS AND PRODUCTS:
Robinson Medical, Inc. is a privately held company founded by John N.
Robinson, M.D. in 1999. At that time Robinson Medical, Inc. acquired the
assets of Health Technology Company, which developed the technology of
non-invasive blood flow (cardiac output) measurements.
Inadequate blood flow causes cardiac failure (death). Robinson Medical's
technology addresses this problem by measuring blood flow non-invasively and
continuously in real time and on-line. There is no risk to the patient.
The benefits derived from the technology are diagnosis of cardiac health
status in real time, permitting interventions at the exact time of need for
most beneficial treatment, with the result of reduction of health care cost.
Existing technology is used to create electrocardiographic signals (ECG).
The ECG is analyzed by Robinson Medical's patented and proprietary software
programs to derive blood flow. Using existing technology combined with a
novel software program provides simplicity and eliminates the need for
development of elaborate apparatus.
MARKETING:
The technology may be used wherever an ECG is measured. Rather then
manufacture ECG for measurement of blood flow, Robinson Medical intends to
sell software licenses to ECG equipment manufacturers for use in their
instrumentation.
KEY MANAGEMENT:
John N. Robinson, M.D. Chairman. Dr. Robinson founded the company. As a
cardiothoracic surgeon he has first hand experience of the value of the
technology during coronary artery bypass operations he performed. Presently,
he functions as the Chairman of the company.
Christopher Robinson, B.S. Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Robinson has a
degree in science. His present duties include promoting and marketing.
