Massachusetts-based start-up company, announced completion of their "seed
stage" corporate milestones aimed at developing a second-generation point-of-
care testing (POCT) platform for critical care blood diagnostics.  Based on
state-of-the-art wireless communication and proprietary sensor and reagent
technology, the company's unique system will be the first to automate every
aspect of bedside analysis, data management, and regulatory compliance
documentation, and will dramatically reduce the cost and complexity of STAT
blood testing outside the central laboratory.

Trademark Office to protect the company's proprietary innovations.
