format and contracted ETIAM to equip all their 40,000 subscribers with a

The key success factors of Mediem(R) are:
    -- the "push" Internet approach
-- a high level of connectivity with existing software and systems
-- A "standardization" approach allowing to use ordinary PCs, Mac, and
existing telephone lines to run the 3 ranges of applications of
e-medical connectivity : multimedia reporting, telemedicine,
       consumer-oriented service.

attractive stand-alone product and partnership agreements with many
different providers of the healthcare market selling high-value
       applicative solutions.

market of the tools, which enable clinical data exchange between HealthCare
