FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of
Directors of BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE: BBX), the parent company of
BankAtlantic, Levitt Corporation, and Ryan Beck & Co., has declared a cash
dividend of $0.033 per share on its Class A Common Stock. This distribution
represents a 6.5 percent increase over previous dividend levels. The Board set
the payment date for October 17, 2003 to all shareholders of record at the
close of trading on October 3, 2003.
