DALLAS, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Major shifts in the
government healthcare market and increasing burdens placed on budgets have
forced many states to change the way they administer state Medicaid
programs.
Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) -- a leader in government healthcare
solutions -- will demonstrate how the innovative use of technology can help
states meet these budget challenges with a presentation during the 2008
Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) Conference to be held Sept.
