Harley-Davidson, Inc. to Report 3rd Quarter Earnings Thursday, October 16, 2008

            Webcast Conference Call Scheduled for 8:00 A.M. CDT

    MILWAUKEE, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harley-Davidson, Inc.
(NYSE: HOG) today announced that it is scheduled to release its third
quarter 2008 financial results before market hours on Thursday, October 16,
2008. On Thursday, October 16, 2008, the public is invited to participate
in a webcast conference call with Jim Ziemer, President and CEO, and Tom
Bergmann, Executive Vice President and CFO, Harley-Davidson, Inc., from
8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Central Time).

    It is suggested that webcast participants log on and register at least
ten minutes prior to the start time at http://www.harley-davidson.com,
under the Investor Relations / Events & Announcements section. A replay of
the webcast will be available at the same location approximately two hours
after the call concludes.
