Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and City of Charlottesville to Sponsor Small Business Development Forum

    RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Richmond Fed's Community
Affairs Office and the City of Charlottesville's Economic Development Office
are holding a small-business development forum, "Community Development:
Enhancing Opportunities Part II," on Sept. 26, 2002, in Charlottesville, Va.
    Tailored for the local entrepreneur, the forum will provide practical
models for expanding technical expertise and financing programs for
identifying additional capital. Representatives from the Small Business
Administration and the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority will speak
on business-to-business mentorship and resources for business start-up and
expansion.
    The forum will be held at the Monticello Event and Conference Center at
