Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    IRVING, Texas, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of
directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly
cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to shareholders of
record October 3, 2008. The dividend will be paid October 17, 2008.

    This is the 176th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by
Commercial Metals Company.
