Group, Inc. ("Aquis" or the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: AQIS), a leading
wireless messaging company, today announced the appointment of John P.
Alexander as Aquis' Vice President - Sales & Marketing. Under the direction
of Aquis' President & CEO, Brian M. Bobeck, Mr. Alexander will be responsible
for directing Aquis' field sales organization and overseeing the Company's
marketing efforts.
"John brings with him the experience, professionalism and business acumen
that Aquis requires for such an important organizational role," stated Mr.

strategic operating and financial goals."
Mr. Alexander brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience from
within the telecommunications and computer telephony industries. He served as
East Coast Regional Director for AT&T Digital Media Centers, a division of
AT&T Broadband, which was recently acquired by Comcast Corporation. He also
held global sales/marketing management and business development assignments at
several high-technology-based, computer-communications companies including
ITOX Applied Computing, Ai-Logix (formerly Music Telecom) and Voice
Technologies Group (now part of Intel's Communications Products Division).
Mr. Alexander started his career as a Sales Representative for Western
Union, was promoted to various District Sales Manager and Branch General
Manager roles in the Northeast and headed up their National Accounts and
Government Agency sales operations. He holds an Executive MBA degree from
Suffolk University in Boston as well as a Bachelor's of Science degree in
Marketing from Boston College.
