    DENVER, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- RMI.NET, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMII), a national
e-business and convergent communications company, announced today that it has
launched its first-ever national advertising campaign to support the company's
growing national presence and expanding line of products and services.

Douglas H. Hanson, chairman and chief executive officer for RMI.NET, noted
that the advertising campaign is designed to increase national awareness of
the RMI.NET name; educate the market to the company's primary Internet-based
services, including e-commerce applications, high-speed access and web
solutions; and further establish RMI.NET's ability to provide premier Internet
and e-business solutions.
"Our national campaign differs from most others in our industry because it
doesn't just show what we can do for the Internet consumer. It shows what
we've already accomplished," Hanson said. "The advertising campaign is
designed to highlight our strength in providing sophisticated e-business
solutions for small and medium-sized companies."
During the second week of September 1999, the company began a multimedia
campaign -- including radio, newspaper and magazine advertising -- in
Denver/Boulder, Kansas City, Phoenix, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Ariz.,
and Bloomington/Peoria, Ill. In mid-October 1999, the company will increase
the campaign effort through direct mailing targeted to business customers.
The campaign will continue through mid-December 1999 and expand to other major
markets.
The advertising campaign also will feature RMI.NET's newest nationwide
product offering, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service, which provides
high-speed access to the Internet for residential and business customers.
For its national campaign, RMI.NET has retained the services of Denver-
based Karsh & Hagan, a nationally recognized advertising agency whose clients
include the Colorado Lottery, the Denver Rocky Mountain News, McDonald's Corp.
Rocky Mountain Advertising Cooperative Association and the Steamboat Ski &
Resort Corp.
In the national advertising campaign, RMI.NET will feature such prominent
companies as Celestial Seasonings, based in Boulder, Colo.; Seattle's Best
Coffee; Angler's Inn Resort in El Paso, Texas; the Peoria Chiefs Baseball team
in Peoria, Ill.; Bushnell Sports Optics Nationwide in Kansas City; and the
Kansas City Blues & Jazz Festival.
"RMI.NET offers Karsh & Hagan an opportunity to enter the
highly-competitive world of the Internet with a major, national advertising
campaign," said Pocky Marranzino, president for Karsh & Hagan. "We strongly
believe that RMI.NET has the products and services to make this campaign a
success, and we look forward to helping the company in its continuing efforts
to be a national commerce solutions provider."
