Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Sets Record Date for Annual Meeting
 
    IRVING, Texas, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of
directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly
cash dividend of nine cents per share on common stock to shareholders of
record October 5, 2007. The dividend will be paid October 19, 2007. The
board also set November 26, 2007 as the record date for the annual meeting
of shareholders to be held on January 24, 2008.
    This is the 172nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by
Commercial Metals Company.
