WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CarrAmerica Realty
Corporation (NYSE: CRE) today announced that Charter One Bank, which was
acquired by Providence, Rhode Island-based Citizens Financial Group, Inc. on
August 31, 2004, has leased 25,455 square feet, the entire second floor at
Nine Parkway North in Deerfield, Illinois. This location will serve as
Citizens Bank's regional retail headquarters.

CarrAmerica Managing Director for Chicago, Jerry O'Malley, commented, "We

80-acre office complex situated at I-94 and Deerfield Road in southern Lake
