Financial Executives International Announces Hall of Fame Inductees

Inaugural Class to be Honored at Association's 75th Anniversary Gala

    FLORHAM PARK, N.J., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives
International (FEI), the preeminent association for financial executives,
today announced the selection of the inaugural class of the FEI Hall of
Fame. Co-sponsored by Robert Half Management Resources and Deloitte &
Touche USA LLP, the Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who epitomize the
performance, leadership and integrity of the most exemplary financial
executives throughout their careers.
As FEI celebrates its 75th anniversary, the FEI Hall of Fame was
established as a means to complement this milestone. The five members of
the inaugural class of inductees will be formally celebrated at an
induction ceremony at the FEI Hall of Fame Gala on Wednesday, November 15,
2006 at the Rainbow Room in New York City. For more information on the
gala, please visit http://www.feihall.org.
"Reflecting on 75 years of FEI, this is an opportune time to shine a
deserved spotlight on those who represent executive excellence in the
finance profession," said Colleen Cunningham, CEO and president of FEI. "As
the inaugural class to our newly established FEI Hall of Fame, these
gentlemen have set a precedent of excellence for those who will receive
this honor in the years to come."
"We at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and its subsidiaries applaud this
year's FEI Hall of Fame inductees who exemplify leadership and quality
performance," said Richard Woodward, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP and
leader of the Deloitte CFO Center of Excellence. "We share many core values
with FEI, and join them in celebrating their role as a driving force in the
finance industry over the past seven decades."
"As a staffing partner of FEI, we would like to congratulate the five
inductees selected for this prestigious honor," said Paul McDonald,
executive director of Robert Half Management Resources. "The outstanding
qualities of these individuals are a testament to FEI's role in supporting
executives in the financial profession for the past 75 years. We are
pleased to be a premier sponsor of this new program."
