signing of a strategic business agreement with MACESS Corporation, the market
leader in imaging-based operations management systems within the managed
healthcare industry. The agreement represents the first phase of the
companies working together to provide inter-operation between Facets(TM),
Erisco's leading client/server managed care information system with MACESS'
I-MAX imaging and workflow technology system. Managed Care Organizations
