(Nasdaq: NTRL) a leading manufacturer of ergonomic chairs and accessories,
today announced the appointment of Ms. Salana Yarger, to the newly created
position of Marketing Manager. In this role, Ms. Yarger will direct and
manage the marketing process behind the company's strategic planning goals.
The need for a high level marketing professional to support corporate
initiatives came as a result of the on-going consulting services by the New
Millennium Group.
Market opportunities identified in the strategic planning sessions of
spring 1999 encouraged the company to invest in its marketing efforts and make
that function a top priority for the business. The company's short and long
term goals will focus on maximizing its existing channels of distribution and
enhancing its ability to identify, create and capture new market
opportunities. Having both a strong background in marketing and insight to
the safety industry, Ms. Yarger will lead the marketing efforts of the company

In her previous position, Ms. Yarger was a Product Line Manager for the

line. Ms. Yarger received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary
Studies with a specialization in marketing, from the University of Houston.
