(NYSE: GDI) announced that it filed today with the Securities and Exchange
Commission ("SEC") a shelf registration statement that would allow the Company
to issue up to $150 million of its securities. Once the registration statement
becomes effective, the Company may complete one or more offerings of its
common stock, preferred stock, debt securities or warrants. The Company
intends to use the net proceeds from any offering for acquisitions, capital
expenditures, repayment of borrowings, working capital and other general
corporate purposes.
The registration statement relating to these securities has been filed
with the SEC, but has not yet been declared effective. Such securities may not
