The Reality Check TV lo-fidelity, stream-of-consciousness look at the
real-life underground scene predates any of the current crop of so-called
"reality television" shows. Often imitated, but never duplicated, Reality
Check TV has chronicled ordinary people doing strange things and vice-versa.
The four hosts of the show (Danny, Ace, Huge and Dave) have taken the video
viewer on nightlife adventures with pop-culture celebrities, adult film stars,
and hard 'n' heavy musicians of all kinds from local, national, and
international acts. The show has covered events, concerts and parties
throughout San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York City. The trials
and tribulations of the Reality Check hosts often upstage the topics being
covered! The show has received many Awards and Accolades, including the recent
San Francisco Weekly Readers Poll nod for "Best Local Public Access Cable Show
of 2003". The show currently airs on cable systems in San Francisco, Berkeley,
Concord, Walnut Creek, Orinda, Blackhawk, and Sacramento.
