Raytheon Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 
    LEXINGTON, Mass., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN)
today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per outstanding share of
common stock to be paid on Nov. 5, 2001 to shareholders of record as of the
close of business on Oct. 8, 2001.  The dividend rate is unchanged from the
previous quarter.
    With headquarters in Lexington, Mass., Raytheon Company is a global
technology leader in defense, government and commercial electronics, and
business and special mission aircraft.
