Daugherty Resources (Nasdaq: NGAS) announced today the addition of Michael
P. Windisch as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Windisch joins Daugherty
Resources following five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the public
accounting firm's audit practice. Mr. Windisch earned a Bachelors of Science
in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1997. He
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
