has joined the company in the newly created position of Vice President of
Human Resources. He will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment,
benefits, and training and development. Batsford was most recently director
of human resources for Videoserver, Inc. in Burlington, MA, where he managed
the HR department and was responsible for company-wide HR policies,
compensation/incentive plans, recruitment, and benefits. Prior to
Videoserver, Inc., Batsford spent 14 years at BBN Corporation in Cambridge in
several divisions before taking over as director of HR for BBN Planet, the
company's Internet service provider subsidiary. A graduate of Lyndon State
College in Vermont, he has completed MIT's Sloan School executive development
program. Batsford lives in Townsend, MA with his wife and three children.
