has begun offering its industry-leading mortgage servicing system, STRATEGY,
on a service bureau basis.  Calling its newest offering STRATEGY Outsourcing,
McCracken is running the service bureau operation out of its headquarters
location in Billerica, Massachusetts.

Outsourcing enables companies that may not be able to justify the cost of an
in-house operation to benefit from the functionally-rich, industry-proven

    McCracken will manage the service bureau hardware and is committed to

archival services, and the execution of period end processing will be executed
by the service bureau while Clients access data to assist their customers and
investors at their desktops.  Clients will no longer require a technical staff
to support an in-house servicing system.
