LEXINGTON, Mass., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company
(NYSE: RTNA, RTNB) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share
on both Class A and Class B common stock, to be paid on November 6, 2000 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 9, 2000. The
dividend rate is unchanged from the previous quarter.
