VINELAND, N.J., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On Monday, October 4,
2004, a group headed by Robert C. Lemaire and four experienced relationship
managers - J. Theodore Bossert, William Schumacher, Michael Russo and John
Yoler - all formerly commercial bankers with Washington Mutual's New Jersey
Commercial Banking Center, will open Sun's newly created Loan Production
Office in Short Hills, New Jersey.

The Loan Production Office will be led by Lemaire, who, along with his
team, built one of Washington Mutual's largest and fastest growing commercial
banking centers in less than three years.

-- Opening a Loan Production Office north of our existing bank
