TD Waterhouse USA Wins 2005 Brandweek Customer Loyalty Award

   Prestigious Honor Given to Firm for "Exceeding Customers' Expectations"
                     Within the Online Brokerage Category

    NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- TD Waterhouse USA last week was awarded
the 2005 Brandweek Customer Loyalty Award in the online brokerage category, an
honor given to the company that meets or exceeds customers' expectations of an

with the award. The honors are based on a survey of customers conducted by
