InterFirstlink community bank partners with the ability to deploy a Web-based
online loan application process.
Consumerlink offers community banks two different Web site options to
manage the online loan process: Complete Option and Bank Option. Both
Complete Option and Bank Option provide community bank customers with a
complete, bank-branded Web site that delivers online mortgage services and
home loan information.

the application is submitted, InterFirstlink handles all of the loan's
processing, underwriting and closing functions, and sends disclosures to
customers under the community bank's name. Complete Option also provides
community banks with a private toll-free customer care number staffed with
experienced loan consultants who can answer questions, as well as guide
consumers through the application process.
With Consumerlink's Bank Option, a community bank's customer uses the
bank-branded Web site to select a branch or loan officer to lock their loan's
interest rate and to submit the loan for processing online. Once the loan is
submitted, the community bank's loan officers work directly with customers to
guide them through the application process. Through Consumerlink's Bank
Option, InterFirstlink manages the mortgage loan's processing, underwriting
and closing functions, and the community bank is responsible for all of the
loan's disclosures.
