RENO, Nev., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Reno Air, Inc.
(Nasdaq: RENO; PCX: RNO) today announced it carried 445,851 passengers in
December, which is a .8 percent decrease over the same month last year. In
December, the airline flew 245,954,441 revenue passenger miles (RPMs) with a
capacity of 387,083,371 available seat miles (ASMs), producing a load factor
of 63.5 percent.
"Our traffic decline was attributed to the cutover to a new host
reservation system, SABRE, and the fact that a large number of passengers
traveled on heavily discounted tickets in the fourth quarter of last year,"
said Reno Air President and CEO Robert Reding.
