HOUSTON, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- CORESTAFF, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTF), one of the
largest national providers of information technology (IT) services and
staffing services, has completed its previously announced acquisition of
Deltam Systems, Inc. (Deltam), one of the largest independent IT staff
augmentation firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. With the addition of
Deltam, CORESTAFF's COMSYS Information Technology Services unit will have more
than 330 consultants in the Bay Area. COMSYS is one of the largest providers
of IT staff augmentation services in the nation, with operations in 22 states,
the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom. Deltam is projected to
generate 1997 revenues of approximately $15 million.

COMSYS Information Technology Services and Metamor Solutions, and the Staffing
