HOUSTON, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- CORESTAFF, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSTF), one of the
largest national providers of information technology services and staffing
services, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Minneapolis-
based Dynamic Data Solutions, Inc. (DDS), a leading global provider of SAP(R)
training and education services. DDS will join CORESTAFF's Metamor Solutions
business unit. The addition of DDS increases CORESTAFF's total number of
professionals dedicated to SAP to more than 230. DDS expects to achieve 1997
revenues of approximately $14 million.
