said today that it will release earnings for the third quarter of 2006 on
Wednesday evening, November 1, 2006. The Company will hold a conference
call on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. ET to discuss its third
quarter results. Those wishing to listen can access the call through

days beginning approximately one hour following the completion of the call.
