Boston Properties Sells Two Maryland Office/Technology Buildings For $24 Million

    BOSTON, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP), a real
estate investment trust, announced today that it has sold 910 and 930 Clopper
Road in Gaithersburg, Maryland for approximately $24 million to MGP Real
Estate LLC.  The square footage of these two office/ technology buildings
totals 240,596.
