Canine Legends
DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Is your Great Dane great? Think your
mutt is the most? Would you call your bulldog the best? Pet owners are
encouraged to tell the "tails" of their outstanding canines in 50 words or
less to give their dogs the chance to become "virtual" members of the
inaugural ELITE (Eukanuba(R) Legends in Total Excellence) Team.
Dog owners can visit http://www.eukanuba.com to electronically submit
photos and 50-word essays about their dogs and what makes them unique,
extraordinary or elite. Up to five dogs from the United States and Canada
will be chosen as members of the virtual ELITE Team.
These outstanding canines will be announced Dec. 11, 2002, at the
AKC/Eukanuba National Invitational Championship in Orlando and showcased on
the Eukanuba Web site. The winning dogs also will each receive a free
one-year supply of Eukanuba(R) Dog Foods.
