Ultimate Security Systems Corporation to Unveil Power Lock II(R)

Advanced Design Debut Planned for SEMA 2003

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultimate Security Systems
Corporation (USSC) (OTC Bulletin Board: IMNT) will unveil Power Lock II(R),
the company's enhanced line of hot-wire-proof vehicle anti-theft devices at
SEMA 2003. The product, designed to simplify and reduce installation time,
features an advanced encryption scheme, new wiring harness configurations, and
a self-test diagnostic routine.
The enhanced product line will be on display at USSC booth # 35029
throughout the SEMA show, from November 4 - 7.
USSC's vehicle anti-theft products are the only solid-state auto security
systems guaranteed to prevent any vehicle from being hot-wired and driven
away. All units attach permanently to a vehicle's starter motor and cannot be
circumvented by cutting and jumping ignition wires, the "hot-wiring" technique
used by professional car thieves in the vast majority of stolen car cases
nationwide.
"We considered the needs of our dealers and installers when developing
this new version of the product," said James Cooper, CEO of Ultimate Security
Systems Corporation. "Power Lock II was designed with the most advanced
system self-tests and diagnostic systems -- making the installation a piece of
cake."
Power Lock II has a suggested retail price of $229 - $269, depending on
model, not including installation. It is available through a nationwide
network of dealers. For additional information visit http://www.Powerlock.com or
