announced the promotion of Karen Jervis, Ph.D., MBA, to the position of Vice
President and Managing Director of Viragen (Scotland) Ltd. (VSL). VSL is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of VGNI.

Dr. Jervis previously served as Director of Product Development,

of Glasgow and MBA from the University of Edinburgh. Dr. Jervis will report
directly to Mr. Rice in her new position and will be responsible for VSL.
