Legendary Brazilian Soccer Player 'Pele' to Appear at Aristocrat's Global Gaming Expo Exhibit

   Soccer Sensation Subject of New Hyperlink(R) Game, Pele Legendary Goals,
                            to Be Unveiled at G2E

     WHAT:        Brazilian soccer legend Edson Arantes 'Pele' Nascimento, the
                  inspiration for Pele Legendary Goals(TM), a new local-area
                  progressive Hyperlink game developed by Aristocrat, will
                  help launch the game on Oct. 5 by signing soccer balls at
                  the Aristocrat booth.

                  Pele Legendary Goals combines the excitement of four-level,
                  random offer players more winning combinations.  It is one
                  of many new games and systems products that Aristocrat will
                  debut at G2E.

    Raised in Tres Coracoes, Brazil, Pele began playing soccer at age five and
was playing for a minor league club team by 15.  By age 17, Pele, often
considered the first soccer player to reach superstar status, had been
recruited in Brazil's World Cup squad and went on to play in four World Cups
with Brazil's National Team.  After retiring from international competition in
1971, Pele joined the New York Cosmos in the North American Soccer League.
With a playing style marked by superb ball control and great tactical ability,
Pele eventually retired for good as the only player in professional soccer
with more than 1,000 goals.
