introduced today new BellSouth Answers(R) packages for residential
customers. Beginning today, the company will base its bundle discounts on
the number of services customers choose, giving them even more
opportunities to save. BellSouth has also re-designed its BellSouth
Answers(R) Web site, highlighting the company's most popular bundles in a
simplified format to save users' time. The Web site features a new,
interactive savings calculator.
"Now even more residential customers can take advantage of BellSouth's

increase value and simplify customers' experiences as they design bundles
to fit their lifestyles."
BellSouth Answers(R) bundles allow customers to personalize
communications and entertainment bundles by combining local, long distance,
Cingular(R) Wireless, high-speed Internet and digital television services.
Under the new bundle structure, residential customers who bundle any
two qualified services will receive a $5 monthly discount; customers who
bundle any three qualified services will receive a $10 monthly discount;
and customers who bundle all four qualified services will receive a $15
monthly discount.(1) Customers can achieve combined savings of up to $180
per year, depending on the services selected.
BellSouth's re-designed BellSouth Answers(R) Web site provides simple,
convenient ways for customers to customize their bundles. On the main page,
BellSouth features its most popular bundles for customers to view. In
addition, an interactive calculator is now available on the site for
customers to input their bundle options and determine their exact costs and
savings.
