announced today a new extreme makeover-style contest, aimed at helping one
lucky winner change her life while fighting for a cure for breast cancer. The
prize package, which includes over $5000 in products and services including
three months of service from an expert life coach, a personal stylist, a
personal trainer, a complete makeover, and a $1000 wardrobe, has been donated
by group of local style and success experts who aim to "positively change one
woman's life while working to save the lives of millions of others." Tickets
to enter the contest cost $5 each, with 100% of the net proceeds benefiting
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
"We knew we wanted to do something sensational this year to support
National Breast Cancer Awareness Month," says Lifeline Coaching President,
Marta Kagan. "We realized that if we pooled our resources, we could have a
positive, truly life-changing impact on one woman's life while simultaneously
contributing to the larger effort of finding a cure."
The winner, who will be chosen through a random drawing on January 1,
2005, will kick-off her 'extreme makeover' by working with Kagan on a weekly
basis to set and achieve personal goals such as gaining confidence, improving
communication skills, or turbo-charging her career. Concurrently, the contest
winner will work with personal trainer Stephen Pradon, Director of Sports and
Fitness with Synergy Health Clubs to achieve fitness goals, and Nutrition
Counselor Susan Faux-Lewis of 360 Nutrition to establish a healthy
relationship with food.
"The program applies the idea of the extreme makeover from the inside
out," says Kagan. "We work on inner health and beauty first, then we focus on
outward improvements."
After three months of intensive personal coaching, training, and
nutritional counseling, the winner of the Extreme Life Makeover Contest will

Group, to transform her personal style, including a complete makeover and a
$1000 wardrobe shopping spree.
