PARK RIDGE, N.J., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- While travelers are gearing up
for the fall and holiday travel seasons, Hertz is offering customers the
opportunity to earn a free two day weekend rental when renting on three
separate occasions this fall.
Customers traveling between October 1 and December 16, 2004 and renting
three times from Hertz will receive a certificate for a free weekend rental of
a compact through full-size car good for car rental pick up through May 15,
2005.
To qualify for the free rental certificate, customers must first register
online at http://www.hertz.com and provide their #1 Club or #1 Club Gold
number at time of reservation. Qualifying rentals for the free weekend must
be at least two consecutive paid days in duration and must commence at any
participating Hertz location in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Upon
completing the three rentals, Hertz will mail customers a certificate for two
consecutive free weekend days applicable to time and mileage charges. Taxes,
surcharges, and other fees and optional services are extra.
The free weekend certificates must be used for travel commencing by May
15, 2005 and customers may earn up to three free weekend certificates during
the promotion. Free weekend certificates are redeemable at participating
Hertz locations in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada. This offer is subject to
availability and minimal blackout dates may apply.

need. Each location offers a full range of rental vehicles, including minivans
and premium vehicles, as well as compact through full-size cars available for
rent. Hertz #1 Club Gold(R) service, NeverLost(R), Hertz' industry-leading
in-car global positioning system, and SIRIUS Satellite Radio are available at
most Hertz locations. In addition, vehicles are available for rent with
unlimited mileage, all rate structures are honored and after hours car rental
return is available.
