and Development Conference, The Power of Panels, on Tuesday,
October 11, 2005, beginning at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard
Time.
This year's program will be moderated by Dr. Norman Paradis,
Biosite's vice president of medical affairs, and will
feature presentations relating to diagnostic challenges
affecting today's acute care providers and the potential for
improving patient outcomes through the use of rapid protein
biomarker-based diagnostics. Company management will also
discuss Biosite's ongoing and potential research programs
and product portfolio strategy. Biosite's current
development projects include, but are not limited to,
potential tests to aid in the diagnosis of acute coronary
syndromes, stroke, sepsis and abdominal pain.
