European Venture Capital Speaks Out

    LONDON, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The 7th Annual BioPartnering Europe
conference (BPE) which takes place on October 18-19, 1999 in London at the
Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, will feature a special discussion called
'European Venture Capital Speaks Out', moderated by Robert Lee Kilpatrick
