joined the Company as Vice President - Property Controller.
Brausch will be responsible for property and joint venture level
accounting for all Edens & Avant properties. This will include budgeting,
lease accounting and financial reporting for each center owned or under
management by Edens & Avant.

Brausch is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management
Accountant and has more than 20 years experience in finance and accounting
roles. Most recently, he was Vice President of Financial Operations at
CarrAmerica Realty. He received a BBA degree from The Citadel and his MBA
degree from the University of Montana.
