COLUMBIA, S.C., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant announced today
The Fresh Market will relocate their Ponte Vedra, Florida store to
Corridors at Ponte Vedra, a well positioned center at the intersection of
Tournament Players Boulevard and A1A North. The store plans an opening of
mid-year 2007. Ponte Vedra is an upscale coastal community outside of
Jacksonville, Florida.

number of deals and felt this was a substantial opportunity for them as

shopping experience that was designed for the demographic you find in this

The 38,000 square-foot anchor space previously used by another grocer
will be subdivided. Approximately 26,000 square feet will be reconfigured
to accommodate The Fresh Market's prototypical store format. The remaining
space will feature additional retail.
